Your Personal Trainer will challenge you to reach your goals with structured workouts designed to suit your individual needs and goals. The workouts will incorporate the latest and most productive techniques and principles. Your personal trainer will educate you on Proper exercise form, techniques like Supersets, Drop sets, Training cycles, when to increase the weight and how to isolate and strengthen individual muscles to prevent injuries. We make working out enjoyable, always teach commitment – and we guaranteeing RESULTS.

Every once in awhile we all need to be pushed...motivated...driven. These are elements that a Tiffany's Fitnss Personal Trainer contributes when working with our clients.

PRIVATE one-on-one sessions are $40-$100 depending on length and trainer level.

Semi-private Training
You can take advantage of working with Tiffany or one of Tiffany's Fitness trainers to maximize personal attention to form, technique and progress, while minimizing cost. You will be placed in a semi-private session with others with similiar goals as you.

Pay a monthly fee to participate in any of our weekly Semi-private workouts! Small group workouts benefit you with the social element of exercise – achieve your fitness goals alongside your family, friends, co-workers and fellow members. This training environment provides accountability, encouragement, education, safety and social support. Get the motivation, commitment, confidence and success you've been looking for.

About Tiffany's Fitness Personal Training
Tiffany's Fitness has formulated training sessions to include high intensity weight training with a guided cardio session. This has been a very effective way for our clients to drop body fat and maintain or build muscle at the same time.

Learn how to create a fitness competitor type physique by building lean muscle shape in your shoulders and lats, glutes or any area that may need some work. Learn from Ms Fitness USA, Tiffany Yee, and her competition coaches and trainers how to isolate each muscle group and get the most of your weight training workout. You will be educated on Proper exercise form, techniques like Supersets, Drop sets, Training cycles.

At group cardio sessions, learn from Ms Fitness USA, Tiffany Yee, how to get the most out of a cardiovascular workout and burn fat effectively. You will have fun while you train with new fitness friends!
